At Hearts for the Arts, Inc., we teach young artists the business
of being an artist by offering training that teaches them how to
market themselves and their work.

Upon completion of training, through our talent management
division, our ARTpreneurship workshops prepare them to produce
events, maintain a polished image and get paid to showcase their talent.

We do this because schools today are minimizing art programs that once
allowed students to actively participate in creative work. As a result, many
young artists today have stunning artistic ability, but do not have access to
opportunities that can help them reach their creative potential.

As a solution, Hearts for the Arts, Inc. tackles this problem at the root by
reconnecting the arts and education to create learning opportunities that
promote academic, artistic, social and career development in creative youth.

We venture beyond traditional training techniques to teach young artists the
business of being an artist so that they transition successfully and
independently into adulthood!

For the adult artist—budding, rising or seasoned—looking to start
or boost a career in the arts, we offer business-building strategies
to help them attend college, build a successful business
or stay marketable in today's competitive workforce.
